Partner John Cook advised Concepto Diagnostics Limited on the acquisition of luxury aromatherapy brand Amelia Amour for an undisclosed sum.
Since Amelia Amour was founded in 2012, the company has been a family-run sustainable business, conscious and socially responsible in its use of natural, essential oils and 98% recyclable packaging. It has a complete range of aromatherapy products, is a supplier to several large retails and is available at many of its nationwide stores and through online channels.
